Papaw and Marme came all the way from Mississippi to be with us when she was born. It really meant a lot to both Josh and I to have them here to share this with us.

In far scarier news, we get to take this little angel home with us today! YIPES! We still don’t have power, but CNP is saying it should be back up for our zip code today – so we hope they are telling us the truth. We probably also don’t have cable or internet, so blog posts might not be too frequent until Josh goes back to work later this week.
And if anyone is wondering, Mrs Gail (my step mom) chose the name Marme for herself because she’s taught English courses for forever and Marme is of course what the girls called their mom in Little Women.
