Maternity Portraits

Maternity portraits a month after your baby is born is what happens when you wait until ten days before her birth to have them done. That’s life though, right? And just in my opinion, these photos are so great that they are most definitely worth waiting for! I was hugely 38 weeks pregnant and it was insanely hot (high of 94) even though we started shooting at 8 a.m. In spite of the heat, I still think these photos are just amazing and I love every single one of them.

Photos by the amazing Jessica of Jessica Bishop Arts who is just an all around wonderful photographer and person.

It was next to impossible to pick just a few favorites, so this post is pretty photo heavy.

Enjoy!

My awesome necklace is from Michabella’s Etsy shop. Completely gorgeous!

The quilt in these photos is a quilt I got from my grandmother, that her mother made. It’s the one thing I’d take with me if I were ever in a house fire (apart from Josh, the girls and the dogs, of course.)
